1. Acceptance of Terms


By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.


2. Quote Validity & Fees

  • • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.

  • • Any changes in scope, frequency, or schedule may require a revised estimate.


3. Service Agreement

  • • A service begins once you approve a written proposal outlining services, costs, and schedule.

  • • All agreed fees are due as specified in the proposal; late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest.


4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • • One-time jobs: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment without fee.

  • • Recurring services: A minimum 7-day notice is required for any change in service frequency or cancellation.


5. Access & Site Conditions

  • • You must provide safe access to the service area, including utilities and any necessary permits. Additional fees may apply if special access (e.g., after-hours entry or building permits) is required.


6. Liability & Insurance

  • • We carry general liability insurance and worker’s compensation.

  • • We are not liable for pre-existing building defects or damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., structural issues, environmental hazards).


7. Governing Law

  • • These Terms are governed by California law, with venue in San Mateo County.
